The common beech (Fagus sylvatica) of the Fagaceae family is a fairly common deciduous species found in the forests of western temperate Europe. Widely used in solid wood for furniture making. Colour : white to pinkish white. Veneer uses : decorative panels, cladding. Available in a sanded finish.
