Native to Australia, eucalyptus quickly acclimatised to Mediterranean conditions, which are very similar to those in south-western Australia. There are over a hundred species of eucalyptus.
The eucalyptus we offer comes from the Iberian Peninsula.
It is a pale pink to light reddish-brown wood with distinct sapwood, a fairly coarse grain and a straight or slightly interlocked grain.
Uses of veneers: decorative panels, cabinetry, cladding, stained veneers.
